SHIPPING We ship to the US only! Most orders will ship within 24 - 48 hours after receiving payment. If an item is out-of-stock, you will be notified ASAP. Most items will be shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Priority Mail generally takes 2 - 4 business days to most locations. Larger or heavier items will be shipped via FedEx Ground. We try to package all items safely and securely. Should something arrive damaged, save ALL packing materials, and notify the shipping company to resolve the problem. MMAutoCustoms will try to assist in any way we can to resolve damage and insurance claims.
CANADA We do ship smaller / lighter items to Canada on a case by case basis. We ship using First Class Mail International (packages must be under 4 lbs). Items are marked as "Other" with a value of your order total. There is no extra shipping charge for these orders you pay what your shopping cart total is. When creating an account select Canada as a country and be sure to email us your complete address after finishing checkout.
RETURNS/REFUNDS All of our products are brand new unless otherwise noted. We try to describe all items to the best of our ability. If you are not sure or have any questions, please ask or do the appropriate research before buying! We are not authorized dealers for most brands, so we can not assist in any warranty issues. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty issues. Returns/exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. Generally, we do NOT accept returns unless the item is DOA in which case you MUST notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
